All those hard fought 3-setters took their toll on Leylah. Emma somehow got a much easier path to the final despite being ranked way lower than Leylah coming into the tournament. I think Leylah would have won this if not for the fatigue factor.

Leylah looks fatigued. Too bad but to be expected with her run and this being her first shot at a major final. Still an amazing tournament and let’s her know what she needs to do to win going forward
