I can't find it now, but I swear Twitter made a statement that his account is protected until Jan 20, then he gets the same treatment as everyone else, up to and including suspension and an outright ban.

Probably not, that's right now the weakness through the candidate base on both sides.

I agree that it probably won't be till after inauguration, until then they will continue to simply suppress the tweets as they have been doing which prevents them from being replied to and being retweeted.

If so, they're really bad at their job... it looks like Biden will win Philadelphia County by a lower proportion of the vote than Hillary did, and in terms of raw turnout, it's up by about 3%. Pennsylvania as a whole was up by about 11%.
That is some incompetent cheating, right there.
