Thanks to Hand, he didn't have to do anything. Hand wasn't even close to the plate.

Sometimes I feel like the Jays are better off putting a position player in to toss 30 mph strikes.
His celebration was ridiculous. But I guess when you're hitting .160 with a sub .500OPS you gotta celebrate the little things. Like the the opposing reliever throwing 4 pitchers that were all a foot outside of the zone.

Still can't believe they found a way to lose that one last night.

I went to sleep last night, thinking I’ll be over it.

Nope.

That is the most embarrassingly, futile loss under pressure, I’ve seen of any team in god knows when.

Great start to this game

It blows my mind that the Mariners have more than 30 wins with their lineup. And yet here we are with them a game behind the Jays and being a thorn in their side. Sports suck sometimes.

McGuire has the sacks full with one out - big hits are just as important in the 2nd inning as they are in the 8th

Bummer.

It's weird that pitchers get called for balks when they move their middle fingers and yet Kikuchi can start, stop, and then throw and it's no issue.

I often wonder if Rodgers tells Buck to talk about how great Grichuk is

That bounce pretty much sums up how the Mariners are where they are. Incredible.

6 left on base already for the Jays.

And there the Mariners are. Tied at 2 with 1 hit.

That was probably the first bounce to go against the Mariners all season. Make em pay Jays!

Teo again! And finally a break goes the Jays' way. Now they have to get these guys home.

Guriel sac's in a run - we'll take it. Now can Grichuk do something?

Edit: of course not

I wonder if they can go all 9 with at least one guy stranded.

Did Springer just fake throw the ball to the fans?

Springer jumps for a ball off the wall and is down hurt.
