And he's done it in a fun way that inspires debate and discussion.

Definitely not Huby related then. When he went to the bathroom, it was to take a dump. Not just gas.

It’s happening right? If Markstrom wants out, it only Conroy like to deal him…

If anything, CP has been too optomistic. Reality shows that Flames contracts indeed have little to no no value because they contribute to a very sucky team, until they get traded elsewhere and become superstars.

Do you even listen to yourself?
Players don't magically ‘become superstars’ on one team after being worthless on another. They go from a team that doesn't have enough talent to a team that does, that's all.
In a cap league, every single team has players who would flourish on a winning roster if slotted appropriately. The bad teams have to play their guys too high up the lineup.

No disagreements. The Flames are just an annual "plays support players like stars, and drives stars out of town because management is clueless" kind of feeder team that siphons talent to other, better rosters. And this will be their place until they become unprofitable.

So which is it? The Flames are never going to have any talent, or they're going to have talent and then ‘drive it out of town because management is clueless’? Pick a lane.

The Flames will never have success because they are incapable of retaining talent. They suck, and they will suck for the rest of our natual lifetimes because that's how the market dictates. Is that straightforward enough?

So why be a flames fan then? It seems weird to cheer for a team that brings this much negativity to your life.

Some people are happier when they are unhappy.
Also there’s the people who make dire predictions so they can brag they they were right if a team fails (and if the team wins they just ride along).

Not exactly the hardest dots to connect given the Devils were the biggest underachievers last year with the worst goalie stats in the league.
