What court would have jurisdiction? The NFL is a privately owned corporation. Do you mean why didn't Ben appeal this through the NFLPA?

I think this is one of the better updated cut lists sites out there. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/playernews.aspx?sport=NFL

A local Pittsburgh writer reported on ESPN radio earlier that Charlie Batch is going to be the Steelers starter week 1. Dixon will be used in designed packages.

I'll bet that changes before week 4.

The Broncos are down to 65 after putting Dumervil and Len Dale White on IR. They also cut:
Wide receiver Alric Arnett, defensive lineman Chris Baker, offensive lineman Paul Duncan, linebackers Jammie Kirlew and Johnny Williams and tight ends Kory Sperry and Nathan Overbay were waived on Friday.

Really cool documentary on NFL network that started today on the top 100 NFL players of all time. They did 100-91 today. NFL fans should watch all 10 parts. I really enjoyed part 1.

So far the Fins have cut both Patrick Turner and Donald Thomas. They are expected to cut Pat White.

Adam Terry, Ray Fisher (Colts 7th round pick this year) and Marlon Favorite have been cut so far by Indy.

I am interested to see if Brandon James makes the squad as the returner.

Albert Young is even ahead of Toby Gerhart, if I'm not mistaken. No one else seems to have the solid blocking ability that Young has shown during training camp, so he will probably start the year as the 3rd down back.

Brandstater cut by Indy. Painter is the #2 as I suspected. I would have kept Brandstater as the #2.

Good. Now Denver can cut Brady Quinn and pick up Brandstater again to be their 3rd QB.

So is Joe Webb the quarterback of the Vikings next season? He is the only guy under contract past this year. And I hope they got a decent draft pick for Sage and Renaud. I don't know who the Vikings are going to use as a punt returner now.

Joe Webb is far too raw to be considered a QB for next year. I think we either find a QB through FA or we stick in one Tarvaris Jackson!

Oh joy.

I'm shocked that they would cut Leinart. Guys with far less potential have been given much longer leashes than he has so far.

Leinart has been given numerous chances, the guy is no good. You have the best receiver in the game, Larry Fitzgerald and he still cant do anything. I mean just put the ball in his area and he snatches the ball.

Larry should ask for a release and come and play in St.Louis with the next star of the league Samuel Bradford.
