With their full lineup, I think they blow out the Grease Birds. I believe they are struggling to fill the vacancies left with Duehr and Pelletier being called up. They appeared to be double shifting Phillips halfway through the second onward (with Jones and Pettersen as well as McLain and Sutter).
Happy to see them remain perfect against the condors, keeping pace with Coachella, but we could definitely use some help on the out of town scoreboard to build a cushion at the top of the division.

Highlights are missing the third condors goal but Wolf definitely would have wanted the first two back, although they weren’t absolutely terrible goals.
Some nice passing put together by the Wranglers to score their goals.

3rd goal against looked like the Wranglers got caught running around. Then Solovyov poked the puck right to a condor in the slot at the hashmarks, who one timed it in. Not really a stoppable goal but still one that Wolf would want back. He’s knocking on the door of lesding the league in both Sv% and GAA. Another excellent year for the excellent goalie, but you know he’s not happy if he’s not leading both categories.

AHLtv is showing all the games free on saturday. The Wranglers will be playing. From my experience AHLtv is actually pretty decent, this is a good chance to watch the Wranglers if you never have. Sign up at the AHL website.

I realize the purpose of the AHL affiliate is to serve the NHL club, so I’m not complaining. They are doing their job. But it feels like the steady displacement of call-ups (many of which appearing to be unnecessary) have started to take its toll on the teams chemistry.

Because they lost one game in the last 5?

It's the nature of the beast when it comes to minor pro teams. I don't think it's that big a deal, especially considering the farm is playing in the same city.
They’ve lost two games in the last 5, and had no business winning either of the games vs the Condors. With an exception of the Canucks loss, the Condors and Silver Knights are at the bottom of the division with a combined record of 25-43-2-3.
The play has been slipping these past couple
Of weeks.

2-1 after 1. Pettersen and Phillips with 2 points a piece. Phillips with a nasty pass to set up a Zohorna tap in and Pettersen with the silky skating and good puck skills as usual.
Wolf with several massive saves.
