Probably not. Lucic's salary is just over league minimum as his bonus is paid out and minus Edmonton's retention. He would add a cap hit of 5.25 million, which is meaningless to Anaheim since they won't be anywhere close to a cap team.
If Anaheim trades Klingberg (without retention), it drops them below the cap floor anyway (assuming they don't sign anyone else).
I don't think they wanted Lucic because of his cap hit (if they wanted him at all). If they wanted him, it was to add cheap muscle into the lineup to protect their young stars, as salary is relevant, but the cap hit is not.
