Yes, great defensive defenseman. But...if you look at a model blueline like the 2010 Blackhawks (which you need if you don't have McDavid/Matthews tier center up front) it would go
# 1) Keith
# 2) Seabrook
# 3) Campbell
# 4) Hjalmarsson == Tanev
None of our other defenseman would even crack that blueline right now.

There is plenty of middle ground between good and terrible.
They were average vs the Oilers but got ran over by their 2 stars who've been on fire in recent weeks.
They were average last night vs the Leafs but found a way to win.
Awful tonight, but playing 3rd game in 4 nights vs a team coming off an extended break.
