They have no belief. The coach can’t put them in the proper frame of mind, for any situation really. Can’t come out of the gate prepared - especially important games, can’t pay at home, can’t hold leads, can’t comeback. Does anyone in the the building, including the players, believe that they not only can come back, but will come back? It’s hopeless. Need a new coaching staff and a total remake of the bottom six.

32 games at home where they are the ones leading the attack, they've consistently given up breakaways and odd man rushes on the counter attack.
On the road, where they play a disciplined game wait for their opportunities, they win.
The coaches need to figure out that the strategy and system is not working at home. I'm not even advocating to fire anyone, but they need to figure it out and they should be capable.

Regardless what people think of Hartley, when this team was in the playoffs in 2015 I saw a dynamic team that could push the tempo.
Burke said "we're a quick team". Whether it's Treliving or Gulutzan this is not a quick, dynamic team anymore
