Paul by a landslide. I think was see a 6-3 or more jury vote with Nicole and an 8-1 with James, only Nat voting his way.
James vs Nicole I have no idea. I think with Da and Meech not liking her it hurts her chances but not enough for James to win. Nicole played a decent game she deserves it over him.

To add I find usually people who have been back stabbed or are a bit POd tend to still vote gameplay. Unless wounds are deep, or they are insane like Da, do they let grudges affect the vote too much.

Feel like Paul is gonna get robbed, either by going out in 3rd place or losing in a F2 against Nicole.
I think it'll be Nicole/James F2 with Nicole winning 5-4.
Victor gets AFP.

Well, I hope Paul enjoys his morals now that it cost him $450k

Good for Nicole, i was happy if it was her or Paul
Paul is set for life with very rich parents so I'm sure he knew what he was doing bringing Nicole to the final
That was one of the better seasons of BB in a while. I think its time they do a BB all stars or fan favorites next, there's been a lot of great characters over the last few years

Paul got screwed. He should've won against either of James and Nicole.
I can't believe there were people who though Nicole played better, especially after those speeches. People will say that he should've taken James but I bet it would've still been the same result with this crap jury.
Even Nicole thought Paul's speech was good and asked "How did I win?" at the end.

The gameplay of the two was about a push to me. Nicole finished strong.

My highlight of the finale is that Meech may be crazier than Da. I can't believe she actually had a meltdown during the jury discussion. Is she jealous of Nic like she was of Bridgette?
Oh and I hate the stupid scales as the final HOH. Worst competition all summer every single year.
Can't believe Paul got robbed like that. Far and away the best player. If there was an all stars I'd invite him back in a second and wouldn't even consider Nicole.
Also, second year in the last three that the HOH winner made an emotional, not a game move to decide the final two that cost them $500k. Just like how Cody should have brought Victoria, Paul should have brought James.

As soon as I saw the last comp, I knew Paul would win final HOH.
This was the closest I've ever watched Big Brother, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't surprised with the end result.
However, in hindsight, Paul made a couple of fatal mistakes. I can't say the same of Nicole
1) Took Nicole to F2 instead of James, because he hated James and couldn't stomach the thought of gifting him 50K. I did think he would win against either but he most certainly would have beaten James, and I think by a landslide
2) He was mean. This is where I think he lost Natalie, and perhaps Day as well (Day brought it up at jury roundtable). He had an opportunity to apologize for the personal insults/name-calling but did the opposite. You can be loud and obnoxious, but he often took it too far on a personal level. He even made up the FT nickname, which a lot of his fanbase seemed to have happily forgotten
And I wouldn't say it was a mistake, because it was a factor in him getting to the end, but him turning on a close ally in Paulie also contributed to his loss. Paulie gave his vote to one of the only people who had his back at the end
I was most surprised by Day's vote
Overall, an entertaining season, can't complain

To me, Nicole did nothing but chase Corey all summer until near the end when she started winning a couple of comps. Interesting to hear the different perceptions though.
Paul lost on Da's vote which was confusing to me because she openly said that she was hoping to not see Paul as the final jury member. I don't think it was personal because he even won over two people who I thought would vote personally (Bridgette and Meech).
Even with the personal stuff, I thought Paul played well enough to be called a winner. I definitely hope future players aren't looking patterning their game after Nicole's. Paul played with fire and wasn't afraid of playing with a huge target on his back all season. Impressive for someone who had never watched the show before.
Really enjoyed the discussion here, btw. This was fun.

Ok so if I was in charge of BB I'd try and find a way to reward better players like Paul so that floaters stop winning.
I thought Andy sucked, Steve floated, Victoria floated, Nicole and James mostly floated (more so James) etc.
Except I have no idea how to do so. Jury voting the winner is an essential part of the show. Not gonna change. So what else is there?
I'm not complaining about the show btw. I'm entertained by it every year. I just find that being a floater is becoming more and more of a strategy and floaters have consistently beat strong players in recent years. A season of people who all just sit around talking about how much they like each other and apologizing for having to vote each other out is what I'm afraid of.

I think you have the concept of floating and not widely hated or threatening mixed up. There are floaters in every series but Nicole isn't one of them.

I thought Paul would have been better off taking James to final 2, but maybe not - Nicole wouldve been pissed since they had a final two deal and she'd vote against him which also would mean Corey and Paulie would vote the same way - against Paul. And Natalie would have voted for James too. So maybe Paul thought his odds were better against Nicole. I still think Paul should've won though
Anyone planning on watching the new online-only version of BB?

Honestly... if they were the better players then they'd win. Floating is a legitimate strategy. I mean Jun Song basically perfected floating as a strategy and I'll be damned if Jun Song wasn't one of the better player. If anything I think floating has gotten harder since comp wins are (IMO) more highly valued now then in earlier era's of BB.
Nicole is a perfectly acceptable winner. Is she Dan/Derreck/Dr. Will? No, but that's almost an impossible standard to hold. She's not Dick/Jordan/Rachel either.
