It'd be nice to get a average hit grounder right at our fielders with runners on base. All playoffs its been these stupid choppers that you can't turn double plays on.

I find that's the main difference between the Jays and KC. Both teams are patient and gets on base a lot, but the big difference between em' is KC has a really simple and consistent gameplan at the plate...the Jays, once people get on base, rely to heavily on the longball to cash in runners. I don't think that plan has worked post steroid era though.

What team led the AL in offense by a wide margin?
Just because the Royals have been lucky enough to make it work in the first two games (or even the series if it comes to that) doesn't mean their offense is better. That's just what happens in a short series

Crazy how valuable Pillar is to this team now. If the ball is even in the vicinity you just know he's got it.

Jose didn't touch it. I'm pretty sure you get charged if you actually touched it. If you completely miss it, no error.

Tulo! Finally a base hit. Didn't look to kill it, just make contact. Good job.

I did not know that. Kind of screws Stro over, should have been just a base hit, Joey made a brutal play.

I'd go for the soft bunt with Goins here, even with 2 outs.

These announcers are a disgrace. Ridiculous whining about sign stealing and even bringing up the man in white. No credibility whatsoever.

Pillar gives yet another opportunity for a photoshopped Cape. Beauty dive, and what a battle from Goins.

And Revere walks. Amazing how much better this team looks when they settle down and look at pitches.
