lucky to be tied for sure hoping to re group for a good third also not johnnys best game so i'm guessing he will come out in beast mode for the third. Jones is like our only forward that can throw checks against regehr

Kings are going to be tired with 10 minutes left in the game and we will strike.
They always wear themselves out against us by putting everything in in the first 40 to only come out with 1 or 2 goals.

Is this the first LA vs Calgary game you've seen this year???? The games vs L.A are always like this. I may be wrong but I think the Flames have a great record so far this year against the kings.

I disagree on stopped skating. The puck bounced off Backlund's stick. Lucky bounce on Toffolli. Oh well, they almost scored earlier but because the puck was bouncing, McNabb missed the open net.
They called a penalty on Calgary before LA scored. Is that mean we start shorthanded in the 3rd or did LA went with extra man? If they did, then we don't start shorthanded in the 3rd.

Everyone needs to relax... The Flames are playing the reigning Stanley Cup Champs that are currently on the outside looking in... Did anyone seriously think they were going to lay down and die? This is the time of year the Kings normally step it up and coast into the playoffs firing on all cylinders. They came to play tonight plain and simple.
We are tied going into the third, our best period historically. If we get a point out of this it's an absolute steal.
Let's go Flames!!!
