^ Nice. I believe that is in my top 5 now. I think the red/orange hue really finishes it for me. As well as the font for the word mark. The placement is perfect. The contrast of the skyline catches my eye too. Looks classy and inviting IMO. Well done Dion.

Still, most of the the credit to Jon Duke, whom without the original, a final masterpiece isn't possible. Good on both you and Dion. I love it!

Here is a thought for any that might like to try. This site/community is global. Perhaps a globe as a backdrop with the "CP discussion balloon/puck" pointing to Calgary's location might yield some interesting results.

BTW, does anyone think Bingo should drop the "unofficial" part from the banner, I've found it to look too amateurish. Something as simple as "A Calgary Flames Community" would look much nicer then "The Unofficial Calgary Flames Community". The current one seems a little too geocities and 90s.

I get this slight feeling that most people are tending to favor the logo that was most recently posted because it's freshest in their heads.

There should really be a poll page with all the relevant logos for this and let CP provide their two cents.

Great point, but there is a part of me that wants to respect the fact that it's Bingo's decision, not necessarily our decision.

I've been watching this thing daily ... just amazing. Was thinking I'd let it run its course until the end of August, then create a new topic with a numbered list of the logos and a vote above.

But if everyone feels all the entries are in we can start it early.

I got one more I want in before we start voting if that's alight. I've just been moving, family, work and sick the past week.

And I also don't want to flood the pool with the 39812745893275 iterations of my logo that have been created. How should we go about that, as it seems to be a pretty splayed vote on which of that design people like. Some like the classic 'CP' in the center, tons like the Monny and a bunch like the 'wheat and fire' iteration.
