That was a ridiculous display of hockey in the medal round. The Canadians took apart two very good teams and made it look easy. Wow.

obviously winning in OT is more exciting than destroying a team...but we have witnessed as close to hockey perfection as we will ever see

Don't want to debate but they didn't score much either. Its so tough to pick. This was the biggest total combined effort by a team I've ever seen off of the top of my head. But the last line of defense gets my vote here. He held the fort. Nay, he owned the role.

It was almost too easy. I kept waiting for some push from the Swedes and it never happened. Just owned them!

Yeah the talking heads in the media will cry about the lack of drama, but this team really choked out their opponents. Norway scored more goals against Canada than the US and Sweden combined for. They played their best hockey when they had to, likely will be the most talented team to represent the country in the Olympics.

I can't believe Puckluck thought they would finish 4th or lower. What kind of a stupid comment was that?

Wut?

I not once complained about Subban being on the team. Kunitz, yes, but what an incredible shot by him.

Gold!

Bouwmeester is a winner!

Good of for Bouwmeester. He played like a champ too. Never once made anyone second guess his selection. Fit really well on this team.

Sweden could have used some Backlund.

I thought this was a greatly chosen team. Much better than in 2010
