Sakkari frankly deserves this tournament the way she's playing. It's awe-inspiring. And also, no one can beat her the way she's playing. If she doesn't somehow lose her mojo here, she'll probably knock out both teenagers.

It'll be interesting to see if this will be a cakewalk for Opa! or if the teenager will pose yet another get challenge to her opponent.

I mean, Leylah took out the #2, #3, and #5 seeds to make the final. Kerber was seeded #16, but was playing her best tennis in the last few years. It's a truly remarkable run.

Sakkari is currently 0 for 6 on break points.
... Is Raducanu some sort of witch? Seriously, we need answers.

Yet Raducacu has not lost a set in more than a week.

It's more the hexes she seems to put on her opponents. Shelby Rogers beats Ash Barty and then turns into a complete pile of garbage. Sorribes Tormo beats Barty at the Olympics, but against Raducanu is basically an amateur. Bencic crushed Swiatek and then played the absolute worst version of her game against Emma. And here we see Maria the two best matches of the tournament by anyone and now cannot get a first serve in to save her god damn life.

That was a terrible drop shot by Emma and she still wins the point/game.

What the hell kind of horseshoe does this girl have up her ass? There is no possible way this many close shots land in.

Emma takes the opening set 6-1 and Sakkari needs a Tsitsipas bathroom break.

Or maybe after watching her win 17 straight sets over the past couple of weeks, it’s time to admit that she’s got game and deserves credit accordingly.

I mean I guess, she certainly is playing well. Ijust can't understand how these players can so completely fall apart when they're playing her. Like what is she doing to make Sakkari completely unable to hit a first serve? Is she so intimidating?
That service game for Maria was more what we saw yesterday and gets the expected result.
