Personally I think there is an opportunity where, if not the Rampage slot, convert one of Dark or Dark:Elevation to an ROH show. Make it succeed as a YouTube show, test storylines and products in front of a live audience, and put some primary data in front of broadcasters to see if there's any weight.

I was amazed listening to Cornette as they looked at the Men's and woman's roster and decided who to keep and let go.

Why was I amazed? Good question.

Because AEW has 140 some odd men and 31 woman on their roster. That's just Lanny Poffo levels of bad, and it contributes towards their confusing TV booking. At the same time they have something like 30 woman.

I mean really, its almost like tony collects wrestlers like action figures.

The other thing is the quarterly break down, recently the shows have a first quarter start in a million plus, but by the last quarter, they've lost huge amounts of fans.

I've tried to watch it and give it a fair shot, but the booking and a lot of bad in ring execution has killed me. With WWE I haven't wathed Raw or Smackdown all that much, because its just not creative. When the highlight of your show is Sami working at cracking up the Uso's there's a major problem.

Tony is a bit of fan boy in terms of who he’s signed. And I think I’m trying to prove they were “legit” and throwing money around they didn’t really ask “should we” just because they could.

Trim the roster
Put ROH as a separate show or YouTube show
Get back to matches being the focus

For WWE I don’t watch a lot but from what I’ve seen it looks like the product is getting better but it’s going to take some time. Austin Theory went from laughing stock last week to looking like a million bucks this week, and I think that was a sign of what HHH might be able to bring

Get rid of a bunch of the belts, I mean this everyone has a belt is silly.
Yeah, ROH right now doesn't even have its own identity. Rampage is sucking hind tit, make it a ROH show, take the belt off of Jericho, that was just stupid booking for the wrong reason, in fact with Jericho, tell him to take Fozzy on a world tour.

Stop booking for the wrestler in the dressing room.

Cut the roster in half, Get the good performers on TV more often.

Put FTR over the young bucks in a devestating and overwhelming way.

Whoever is booking BD, stop doing what you're doing, the guy is your best in ring performer and used to get huge pops. When he was a heel he was awesome.

Cut the TV time with the woman, seriously that division is awful and stop letting Omega book it, take Serena and get her seriously training whatever girls they keep, but get rid of the chaff.

Tony needs to hire serious wrestling professionals to run things. A strong dressing room leader is needed. And agents or producers that will protect some of these wrestlers from themselves. You don't need dangerous, stupid, not well thought out spots every night, it burns the fans out and when the spots are done in real money moments, its meaningless.

And again, tell the EVP's that they can either be in ring workers or executives, they can't be both, I've never agreed with wrestlers holding the book, it never works and eventually destroys the company.

Don't put the belt on MJF just yet, make him chase it, he's very very good in that role, but don't hot shot the belt on to him.

There's some really good elements in that company, but the leadership on the top, letting the inmates run the asylum, we've seen it before and it never works out well.

Storm and hayter was looking exactly like the first acclaimed v swerve and lee looked like where crowd was all in on the title change and tony didnt realize it ahead of time

Glad that wasnt the case, hayter was over as much as anyone outside MJF and the elite

Glad The Elite didn't win trios. Have Kenny chase MJF. It'll get both of them over.

For the love of Christ, no!

Danielson has to put MJF over before anything else gets anywhere near that title. It should have been Punk but that didn't go, so now it has to be Danielson.

I really hope they don’t have Wardlow go right after MJF

Him dropping the TNT title worries me about that.

My bad. Yeah, that's my first choice. Send Danielson after him first. I'd go Hangman before Kenny too, tbh.

MJF is white hot. You have the opportunity to build him into a mega star. You also have the opportunity to use him to make someone else. Using Hangman or Kenny here is a mistake. Kenny isn't getting bigger than he is, but he could possibly take shine off of MJF in the same vein as the NWO took the shine off Sting. They tried Hangman and it didn't work. Don't go back to him.

Know who would probably work but I don't see it happening...Jungle Boy

4 Pillars angle
Coming off a big win against Luchasaurus
Could have Jungle Boy look strong while still walking away with a loss
Could elevate both guys (MJF as heel, Perry as underdog face)

Really it elevates Jungle Boy into the main event scene while not really taking the shine off him. Similar to MJF vs Mox for the title during Mox's first reign.

Hayter and Storm are future stars. WWE really fumbled things with STorm, who has a unique look, can work pretty well and cut promos.

Outside of that on the woman's side of things meh.

I mean Saraya not only looked incredibly rusty, but a bit terrified in the ring, I'm hoping she shakes that off.

Baker is an exceptional promo person, but she really needs someone strong carrying her in the ring. when she doesn't she works at quarter speed.

Completely agree with this, frankly they shouldn't let Kenny anywhere near MJF and the belt.

Wardlow has been booked into oblivion.

I like the idea of BD, but his booking has been really poor as well.

And please no Hangman.

I don't agree with Storm. I think her character development needs a ton of work, and that was the same problem in WWE. I also don't think he wrestling is anything special. And especially in AEW, fans are going to smark-support who they like, and Storm doesn't get as big of reactions as Rosa, Hayter or Baker. Heck, even Shida and Riho get better reactions.

But maybe I'm missing something. I may be in the minority.

Storm is fine. To be very honest, she's the Moxley of the women. Popular, but not as popular as the main stars. Good enough, but not as good as the best guys. Passable as a champion, but not for too long.

I am a big believer in taking care of mental health, and fully understand why she said "this isn't worth it" in the WWE buuuuuuut do you want your title on someone who you know will quit if they aren't feeling it?

I don't want to really judge people on their mental health issues and needs to step away. I actually supported the idea of her stepping away so she doesn't become another statistic.

From a wrestling perspective, I think she's very good, and puts together a good match, I think my only gripe with her is that her little transition moves and steps can be really clunky, but her move execution is very good. She's also still very young considering things, but I've worried in the past when she was showing up on independant show interviews and it looked like she was pretty high.

I want to be clear, I think Hayter is a future mega star in female wrestling. I'm talking with the right push, and the right stories surpassing what we have now in either company.

I think Baker is alright, but she does need a strong partner to carry her to good matches, but I don't think she's capable of carrying another person to a good match. But she makes that up with her personality and elite mic skills.

Thunder Rosa is decent, the problem seems to be that she's a backstage thermo nuclear heat generator.
