McDavid is not a winner.

It's going to be pretty sad if this team scores 2 goals in 2 games against the us.

This is a game of chance. Honestly, Canada isn't playing bad.

Pretty much just relying on Sid and Mackinnon to pull off something at this point. This has been pretty uninspiring.

Crosby and Makar pretty quiet tonight. Solid, but quiet

The first goal was slow enough he should have had it. The second was a result of him kicking a rebound from a point #### directly into the slot.

That's because they are a tier above McNoShow

Connor should quit hockey and focus on acting.

Ya what’s with all the downers? We look good. Gripping our sticks too tight and this is a really tight game with razor thin margins.

We’re one shot away from being right back in this and getting the momentum.

It’s not all Binningtons fault but I feel like if we had someone like Blackwood or Thompson in net they might be ahead.

The second goal rebound came to a Canadian defender who wacked it out and landed right in Sanderson's stick. First goal bounced off a stick and up and over his shoulder.

Helly and Otter make those saves. We have guys sitting at home that could make those saves. What grip do I need to get ? You know it and everyone knows it. You bring your best to this type of tournament. Binnington is not our best… I think that’s a fair statement. Not saying he’s the only problem here but he’s not the solution either.

This isn't an international tournament Cuthbert.

Really unlucky for Crosby, 8 out of 10 times he scores that.

The reason the puck was in the slot at all was because of a terrible rebound from Binnington. A proper play there and nothing happens. Lots of mental gymnastics to defend a goalie whose stats are putrid.

Binnington isn't our best. Or even our 5th best.

Helley is playing lights out again. Best goaltender in the world.

Our skaters are again not scoring and creating enough chances.

All 3 of these things are true.
