Randorf's orgasmic celebrations of Nurse's "snipe" notwithstanding, I still cringe seeing Smith slide back into the net on his knees instead of challenging the shooter like most NHL goalies would. He still gives way too much to shoot at on a consistent basis.

Flames aren’t working hard enough and Mike Smith sucks. That’s the story of this game. The Oilers have worked harder and got something better than shoddy goaltending.

Oilers are actually playing quite well IMO. This game is their Stanley Cup, and it shows.

Flames on the other hand are clearly just coasting at this point, playing at maybe 50%.

I don’t understand what smith is thinking on that nurse goal. Our D guy played the pass pretty well and gave smith the shooter. Smith sitting WAY to far back in his net. He should be challenging there. Goaltending 101.
