I watched the game with some fellow coaches. To a man, after the first pick by Mitchell and the job that the defense was doing, we all said the same thing. They've got this, nothings going to stop them.

We were right.

To me Roberson was the MVP, though Bo managed the game pretty well.

It feels like the end of an era. But as I said on Horsemen, in the last 5 years we've made 4 appearances, won 2 Grey Cups, and won 69 games lost 17 and had 2 ties. To me, this team and this era is more dominant then the dominant teams in the 90's.

Feels good to even things up at 8 Grey Cups.

Solid work over there CC. A labour of love for you guys but fully appreciate and you guys deserve part of this.
Stamps are a few mis timed plays over three season from being 60% towards the drive for 5.

I want to add that we at the Horsemen and Horsemen radio have a special appreciation for Bo Levi Mitchell both as a football level and on a personal level.

How many pro QB's would be willing to come into a fan's basement to do a podcast multiple times, and be incredibly open and honest and most of all entertaining.

I hope that Bo has an incredible tryout in the NFL and makes his dreams come true.

I also want to add that the Calgary Stampeders have had an incredible hand in what CFLHorsemen has become, we've had so many players and coaches come onto our podcast and interact with us. They've held a special beers with event at the start of the season for us and our members. We've had Huff buy the owners of the site dinner every off season and divulge all the little interesting things that are happening.

So yeah, these Grey Cups are especially sweet for us at Horsemen, and though I gave up my owner ship stake this year and have stepped back, I am so over the moon happy for Childress, and Geo Jones and Podcaster Ryan and Gold digger, the behind the scenes warriors over there. This Grey Cup is going to feel incredible to them as well.

Is there a video highlight package to watch anywhere where I don't have to click through a million "must see" clips on TSN?

CFL.ca has a scoring highlights package.

Just left Commonwealth... I haven’t been this happy in quite some time, absolutely love this team and love my fellow Stamps fans. Tears ran down my face when the clock hit zero, and I hugged everybody in red and white around me.

Beer lines were brutally long, weather wasn’t bad by any means, Stamps won, I’m completely tanked right now... all in all a prefect Grey Cup.

Eskies locker room is gonna smell like champagne until the spring

Just curious, as a season ticket holder, do we make the election to purchase the grey cup tickets at renewal time or will it be later in the year where we have to make the decision?

Singleton let's out the F bomb. I love it! What a special moment he had with his Sister. Brought tears to my eyes. Way to go Stamps!

If that was the last game by Bo Levi Mitchell and/or Alex Singleton in a Stamps uniform, I’m glad I was there to witness it. 2018 Champions. Feels like they really earned it this year given how the season went and what they’ve had to go through the previous two seasons.

Atmosphere at Commonwealth was great. Stands were packed and many were cheering against Calgary. The two touchdowns in the first half got them quiet. Then the Williams TD shut them up for the rest of the game. Go Stamps Go!

Just wanted to add: big props to special teams demon, #48, Wynton McManus. Never even heard of him before today but he was talking smack to the Redblacks on the opening kickoff, ready to run through a brick wall. Then he got that fumble recovery, as well as the massive hit in the fourth quarter on punt coverage.

I’m guessing Terry Williams got the special teams fire helmet, but man, #48 was noticeable tonight.

Way to go Stamps. Awesome to see this team win after everything this season and the last two Cup losses. They deserved it tonight. Even better doing it in Edmonton and celebrating in the Esks locker room. Really regretting not attending, but just so happy they were able to win.

McManus was a machine today and that tackle on the punt return was one of the best special teams coverage plays that I've ever seen

Dave Dickenson joins Kent Austin and Ron Lancaster as the only QB's to win a Grey Cup both as a player and a head coach.

Esks fans were there for the 5050 and that’s it. It’s the lede for Terry Jones in his wrap up of the Grey Cup as the default and longest standing CFL reporter who is more a mascot these days at GC, simply there so he can ask his “sex” question to both head coaches and get some cheap laughs.

The fact that red and white confetti is going to be blowing around Commonwealth all winter, as is the stench of beer, cigars and champagne is the so called hallowed Esks locker room has him salty and complaining.

As for their fans for this inconvenience of having the better Alberta team win it in their stadium, having to wait around until the end for the 5050 draw, it’s clear that it’s not an Oilers thing as the lottery giving people false hope, it’s an larger Edmonton thing.
