He's required to play. There are no other roster options. Team is out of regular call ups. The only way anyone else can play is if someone gets injured.

I feel bad for Glass. Huge credit for him stepping up, but Gulutzan not inserting Stewart into the lineup was stupid IMO. When Lucic first started hitting, you send Stewart over the boards just to keep it honest and stop this whole thing to start with - no shots at Smith, and if that happened, then it would have been Stewart fighting Lucic, not Glass... Feel bad for Glass there.

Can I say that this is why Stewart should have been dressed? Lucic would be a little more in check as Stewart can lay the hurt.
