The forward should have been in position, but terrible decision to rush the puck at the end of a pk when you're slower than sh t and handle the pick like a grenade.

Yeah. I think it was pretty similar last year. We just didn't get in a good groove throughout the preseason and it carried into the start of the season. I sure hope it's different this season.
