He hasn't fallen, but he's a 4th round pick who is now 24 years old. Would be very surprised if he's qualified.

I think only Hamilton and Wotherspoon are likely to be kept from that group.
Why do people not want to qualify Agostino...? Literally makes no sense. You do realize he was the Heats leading scorer last year, right?

He also looked really good in his callup playing with Backlund and Frolik

So? I don't think the guys NHL ceiling is all that high. Plus we have a lot of wing depth already under contract, a number who I think project higher than he does.

Total aside here but I've just noticed that Nashville spent 4 of their first 5 picks on d-men and 5 of their 8 total. They do like having all the def prospects.

Maybe if Edm and them could merge (a la North Stars and Barons) and become one complete team

And the one forward they picked in the 3rd round is the son of a former defenseman. Bet they convert him

Rem Pitlick was one of my favored prospects in this year's draft. Might be a top 6 forward for them.

Agostino's puck possession was off the charts in this stint. +9.7 % CF despite 68.8% defensive zone starts. We really need to see what he can do with some patience.
