People to Keep (Position):
Donaldson
Martin
Travis
Pillar
Encarnacion
People to Keep (Pitchers):
Sanchez
Estrada
Norris
Hutchinson
Stroman
The question is now for Bautista, Dickey, Behurle, Reyes, and Navarro can you get prospects of value to help you in the next 2-3 years. Maybe Valencia and Colabello stay hot and the can fetch a return at the deadline.

I hope only as a reserve outfielder. Pillar = bench player at best.

Yeah I think he a decent 4th outfielder that can come in and provide great defense and there might be more in the bat eventually.

Pillar is a fantastic 4th outfielder/defensive replacement. Love his attitude as well. I guess that I would list some prospects primarily because I can see there being at least one 'baseball' trade happening, and AA has a way of sending prospects through the door quickly.
My idea of a 'baseball' trade would be where EE or/and Bautista find themselves on the way out, but the Jays pick up a roster player plus a premium 1B prospect like Matt Olsen or Josh Bell as well. (Example: One to Cleveland for Clint Frazier, Jesus Aguilar and Micheal Bourn, but AA wants to throw in a couple of Syndergaards just because).
Does anyone see a starter in Castro or Osuna?

Donaldson. Again.
Might as well just build the team around him, he's unreal.

He might be. He was good early last year, got hurt and fell off the map. He's off to another hot start thus far, who knows though.

Unreal composure by Buerhle. Gets lit up early then settles down and dominates. Great to see.
And Donaldson.......what can you say. Just a fantastic player.

I liked Lawrie the player, wasn't a fan of Lawrie the drama queen.
Donaldson is just on another level.

I'm not really one to put players' names on the back of a jersey but I'm seriously considering investing in a Donaldson jersey. I think I might have a man crush on him.

Sanchez looked pretty decent today, but lack of cashing in RISP killed the Jays. Runners on 2nd and 3rd with none out in a 2-2 game? I don't care how you do it, you have to cash in at least one of those.

Donaldson with the go ahead homer in the 7th. Shocker. Man, he hits a lot of high pitches out of the park.

When is EE going to string some quality at bats together? He's been so inconsistent this year even taking the injury into account. Also, I don't know if Lawrie was a problem child or not but I like that Donaldson seems like a no nonsense kind of guy. I'd like to see him assume a leadership role on the team if he hasn't already. That might mean Bautista has to move on but maybe that's not such a bad thing.
Speaking of no nonsense, the other night after a Donaldson winning home run, a couple of the players soaked him with the Gatorade bucket. He looked like he wanted to throttle them as they ran off. Very intense guy.

If only Donaldson would strangle Gibbons maybe we could get a Major League quality manager
