missed hook in the middle of the ice should be a 5 on 3. Guess the refs do not watch the center of the ice and where the puck is.

Yup. The stat is supposed to refer to rookie FORWARDS, but sportsnet is not terribly sharp.

The Oilers have only one attack…cross-ice pass. If the Flames were a little sharper they could pick those off and send a guy up ice since the d-men are up on the rush too. Against any other team the Oilers would be getting destroyed with this system.
