Either way it's a missed call, you can't call down to award a penalty shot (call a penalty).

The only review was if it was over the line or not.

Not that I'm going to be really upset with that as a missed call. If Canada loses we can't blame it on one missed call.

If this team of players can't beat an ECHL goalie without the best pure goal scorer in the world, they weren't going to win anyway.
