Feaster implied the major reason Poirier was sent back to junior was his conditioning wasn't up to NHL standard.
Don't think it was that bad, just in the Flames opinion he couldn't handle a full NHL schedule.

I wish he was called up before the Q playoffs started.
*sigh*
Also if they somehow could have sent Olivier Roy back to the junior team that drafted him for the QMJHL playoffs, that also would have been awesome. God our goaltending sucked.

Just an FYI, Gatineau will be playing the *ugh* defending Memorial Cup Champions (shoot me now, it's like Vancouver won the Stanley Cup) Halifax Mooseheads.
Their games are webcast at: http://m.news957.com
Also SportsNet picked up most (if not all) of Halifax's first round sweep of Charlottetown. I haven't checked the schedule but they might do the same for round 2.
Edit: I don't see anything on either the SportsNet or Eastlink schedules, which is kind of weird. Maybe because the round just got finalized? I'll keep you updated as to whether the games will be on TV or not.

Gatineau lost 4-1 to Halifax in game 1 action tonight. Halifax scored all their goals on the special teams. 3 pp and 1 sh.
I listened to about 1/2 the game and Poirier took 2 penalties and didn't seem to do much else.
Game 2 is tomorrow evening.

Halifax won 6-2 tonight with 4 PPGs.
Poirier left off the score sheet.
I loathe Halifax, I hope Gatineau takes their games at home (which is possible the Robert Geurtin Arena is NOT visitor friendly).
I haven't had the chance to listen to either game unfortunately. Kind of surprised none of the games were broadcast on TV (I did check). Blame that on ECMA week in PEI.

From Eastlink Cable's twitter:
@Eastlink: Just in! Eastlink TV HD 610, 10 to broadcast tonight’s @HfxMooseheads vs @LesOlympiques 8pm Atlantic #GoMooseGo @EastlinkDanR
I haven't downloaded the Eastlink app but apparently you can stream the game through it:
https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/east...569243431?mt=8
https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...roid.reference
I believe Eastlink To Go will allow you to stream the game as well:
http://etg.eastlink.ca/EastlinkWebAp...nt/editProfile
Since I can watch local sports via my cable provider I may be mistaken in your ability to stream above. But I think those options should work.
Let's Go Gatineau!

Darren Haynes @DarrenWHaynes
Emile Poirier's 8th goal of the playoffs tonight gives him 51 on the year, the most by a Flames draft pick since Ryan Howse (52) in 2010-11.

Could Emile also be in the AHL lineup soon with Morgan?

Yea, id assume once/if Gatineau gets eliminated Poirier will pretty much head right to the Heat.

Gatineau scored the 1st goal of the game (poirier was on the ice so he should be +1) and Halifax answered on the powerplay. 1-1 after the first period. 2nd is now underway.
Very intense game so far. Lots of hits, barely any whistles. You can tell its an elimination game.
Not much to say about Poirier. He has been involved physically and had a couple nice passes.
Nikolaj Ehlers has really caught my attention though. He has the lone goal for Halifax and has been very noticable. He also hit 2 posts in the 1st period, so he could have had a hat trick after 20.
