Yes, and annoying.

Yes it is. As long as they can perform at the same level as their talent level, then they can do whatever they want.

You seem to have this whole thing about smoking. Are you going to be pissed when they drink the night before?

1 poster is throwing him under the bus for a bad habit.

Some others like myself don't want him back, but it has nothing to do with his smoking.

Yes.

Especially when that athlete repeatedly showed that he was at the top of his sport and that fitness was never a concern for him.

Was he at the top of his sport last season when he posted a .882 save %?

Maybe that was due to the fact we had a crap team or he missed time with injury or his age?

Was his smoking a concern when he won the Vezina? Nope, I don't think so.

Nope but again you have shown 0 proof to indicate that had anything to do with smoking. He didn't look tired and slow out there he looked poor. You don;t have a right to guys having poor seasons.

Not sure why you argue one thing (smoking) and then bring up another thing (his poor play this year) when called out.

Nobody is arguing that he had a good year last year so stop bringing it up as though people are.

He was smoking when he won a Vezina as well. Ridiculous.

His poor start to last year was the fact that he didn't have the usual buildup and offseason routine. He got hurt what, 10 games in? A lot of players got tweaks due to not being able to manage their training schedule with the extended lockout.

Provide proof that he was smoking the year he won the Vezina.

He has been a smoker ever since he was traded to Calgary. Back when you could smoke in bars he was always with a smoke.

Provide proof he never worked out and that his performance dipped last year solely due to the fact he smokes.

He obviously hasn't seen the Kipper and Phaneuf in the back of Cowboys photo that used to get posted all the time.
