I thought milk was good for you due to the calcium, potassium, and added vitamins A and D? And the protein is also good too?

I usually have a glass of milk with dinner, and with my cereal in the morning. Habit from when I was a kid. This is the first I've ever heard of it being bad for you.

Same here. I've never suspected milk (in moderation of course) being anything but good for you.

Don't be obtuse. There's plenty of good information/studies/documentation for both sides of this discussion out there. Hence the "google foo" comment as you do have to dig to get past the "Durr milk is bad/Durr milk is good" commentary.

Do you rely simply on going to your doctor's office and asking him all your health related questions?

They make Paneer, it's a form of unripened cheese, like all cheese uses a lot of milk.
next time your eating butter chicken get a side of saag paneer. It's delicious

I haven't had milk since I was 3. gave me the worst ear infections. Now, as an adult, it simply makes me sick (in the way similar to giving an adult cat a bowl of milk, if you know the results)

The produce quality has taken an absolute dive at "safeway". The recent trip most of the produce was rotting and I had to walk out with only half of the items I needed. Onions actually had clear soft spots and black mold.

Time to find somewhere else.

Quality down, prices actually up I could get my stuff from the farmers market for what they want to charge me.

Not surprising. The produce at Sobeys in my town has always been hit and miss. We get most of ours at No Frills (Superstore lite). Any Safeway I'd been to prior to the takeover had great produce.

Black Cow: 2 shots of Kaluha, 2 shots of half and half, 3 shots of cola, 4 incindiary missives about society. Steely Dan are awesome.
