These videos are always fun to watch, and amazing how far they get; but, I am kid of surprised that Banks and/or governments are not creating their own task forces to go after these scammers like this.
The hardest thing I've had to deal with in my life is my Moms passing. She died of pancreatic cancer just before my 1st son was born, 8 years ago. It hurts and sometimes, for whatever reason, it feels like I lost her only yesterday.
In the middle of the night my little girl had a dream where she saw her grandma but woke up crying, telling us she couldn't hug her. It's a double whammy because my little girl doesn't understand, and misses the idea of having her grandma. And she knows it hurts her Dad too. Seeing her hurt and upset then sends me spiraling on my own. Like why the #### did this have to happen to my Mom. She's missing out on so much.
I don't have a point to this other than, losing a parent is hard. Especially your mom.

I stopped on Crescent Road to make a work call while on my way home and bizarrely I’ve seen three cyclists in about 20 mins riding in the road with traffic behind them, immediately next to the clear 6’ bike lane portion that’s separated. So strange.

It’s empowering to ride on the street. Traffic be damned.

Any of them e-bikes? They’re easier to ride and safer in traffic than others.
I'm not sure I blame them, it's become the stroller and jogging lane now. I try to take it eastbound, but westbound I'm on the road, because it's not really wide enough for 2-way anyway.
People be unhinged crazy. So I'm sitting at my desk that overlooks our alley. Across the alley the neighbours have one of those flexible plastic (white) downspout extenders, but it's quite old and at some point about a 12" length separated from the end. With the wind today, it rolled into the center of the alley.
Just now, some clown in his little coupe drove over it, stopped, got out and pulled it out from under his front bumper, then had a huge tantrum. He wound up and hucked it at the wall of the garage next to the property it came from. On the garage apron there's some lumber as the house is being built new. He stomped around and chucked all the lumber all over the place, then he grabbed a box of scrap lumber sitting there and tossed it spreading it all across the middle of the alley behind his car and then drove away.
He lives somewhere down the street as I see him drive in and out regularly. I think tonight I'm going to put all the scraps back into the box and set it next to his driver door if I can find where he parks.
