Obvious trip not called on Pettersson.

Good shifts for Garland and Petterson so far, good to see.

I f'ing hate it as well. Didn't need to be changed, made the matchups worse by messing with it.

It’s a consistent thing with the NHL, say a game will start at a certain time, puck drop 10-25 minutes later. Never consistent, solving their problems (probably tv considerations/requests) with the fans time.

I love Chris Cuthbert's calls. I don't know how CBC let him go 20 years ago. Could end up being a voice of a generation.

Vancouver seems to be “gripping their stick a little tight” here, hopefully they shake the nerves during the break here. What a game so far!

What the hell are you talking about? Why does chanting his name make them pathetic? You have such weird issues with that fanbase.

How much do we want to bet that if the Oilers win, next series Butterfly will still be cheering for them.

Hope he calls a Flames SC victory sometime in the next decade, he'd be a legend around here when that happens. He's the #1 guy in the biz right now that's for sure, even though that only means Leaf games on Saturdays in the regular season for the most part.

Canucks have had 2 rushes with scoring chances where they missed the net. Otherwise, kind of useless so far.

Thought they would come out flying.

So, the Canucks plan is to NEVER shoot puck. Stupid plan.
