That's not a penalty....Heatley was already falling through his shot.

Agreed. Reffing has been pretty spotty this game and in the women's hockey as well.

Great work by the first line on the PP.

That PP with Nash Crosby Iggy is far more effective.

Ok.... after all of this, if they switch the first line back any time soon I REALLY have to question the clowns running this team.

I know we as Flames fans really like to question coaches decisions, but this is only the first game and they are trying different things out to see what works....

I think Bergeron deserves more than a period to show what he can bring to the first line and conversly whether Iginla can bring more on a scoring line or grind line....

These two games are for the coaching staff to tinker around and see what works...

The commentators on RDS are loving Iginla. They are doing a good job on RDS.

It looks like they're going to have to talk about Iginla in this intermission.

Did you guys notice that Iggy was the only guy to give some high 5's on his way out the tunnel after the period. Thats why I want Iggy in Calgary until the day he retires....class all the way.

With Iggy on the top line, they're looking absolutely deadly. Bergeron doesn't seem to click on that line at all. However, he really seems to be playing well on the forth line and/or alongside Richards.

I can understand needing to see a few combos and such but we've seen enough to figure out this particular mystery.
