I snagged Golf Card. If you love golf and want to track your game it's a great app. It has 21,000 courses to download. All the Calgary courses from what I can see. Uses Google satellite images to give you a birds eye view of the course you're playing and let's you track the distances of your ball.
I ended up buying it for $5.99 but the free one would be good for a test round or two.
Has anybody tried tiger woods? It looks pretty cool and got a solid review from ign, I'm just looking to hear an opinion from somebody else before I take the $10 plunge.

I don't golf, but thats an awesome use of the phone.
Does anyone know that if I buy an app through iTunes, if it will take the money out of my iTunes account? Because buying one through the iPhone itself does not. Is it the same thing when buying one on the computer, just sync and it's on the phone?

That's what I figured, but I found out the hard way it doesn't. If I buy from my phone directly, even though I'm using my iTunes password, it does not subtract from my account.

in Canada for some reason that I have yet to figure out, buying something from your phone will use the credit card attached to your iTunes account, and not your account itself. It has to be something with the country, because the American iTunes store does not do this.
This blows for us, mainly because you can't buy an iTunes gift card in Canada and buy apps with it. I haven't tried buying the app from the computer and then dumping it on the phone as a second step. An somebody confirm if that works or not?
