How do you give up a breakaway with a minute left?

Plus isn't this more fun than an 8-1 blowout?
There are never memorable moments in blowouts. There's gonna be one here either way.

Suzuki put back at centre, immediately scores. On pace for 1 g/shift at centre. Maybe more.
In all seriousness, play the best players at each position in those positions. Don't overthink it.

Why not play Suzuki and Reinhart together? Elite of the elite shutdown line.

What was suppose to be a routine game has become the game of the tournament so far.
Good ####.

Binnington can give up bad goals, but goodness he also can deliver in big moments.

The forward group is fine.
Outside of Makar the defense and goaltending is lacking. And that's a problem Canada Hockey development needs to figure out.
