Zadorov threw his hand up when he push that puck to Dallas like someone was supposed to come back and instead went to the bench or something. I didn’t get it at all. Thought it was over.

Third line needs to crank it up a notch. Dube was good, but Jarnkrok and Toffoli were too quiet, especially compared to how well the other forward lines were playing
Maybe its just me, but Zadorov playing as much as he did was not ideal. Too slow and just doesn't handle the puck well enough to be slotted into the top4

If you think about it, all those times we gave it to him for his low percentage sharp angle shot trick, night in and night out, he was just practicing for that shot tonight.

I’m extremely happy we won. I was holding my breath each time either Heiskanen or Pavelski skated into our zone with possession from the 3rd period onwards.
This team has grown so much this year, it’s amazing to watch. We are starting to see character and a winning attitude from our best players when the going gets tough. I can’t believe this is essentially the same team that used to fold every time they would lose their momentum.
I have nothing but good things to say about Backlund and Coleman this game, they lead with their play starting from the first period. Also I want to give huge credit to Stone, and the 3rd pairing for stepping up with Tanev’s injury. They have done a great job, thanks to all the support they got from the forwards. The top line generated all night and Gaudreau was a force.
I look forward to facing EDM and Smitty after this goalie clinic! I think it’s time we show Oiler fans how the best team in Alberta plays!
