To me it looked like he tried to sell the initial contact and then ended up getting hurt after falling awkwardly into the other vegas guy granted I only saw it in slow motion

I lived about 3 blocks from the Red Mile in '04. After game 7 against Tampa, we all just cried into our beer and then walked home silently. I remember it being pretty mellow on the streets that night.

I don't think he was selling it, just knocked off balance by Eakin, knocked again by Stastny, and couldn't protect himself as he went down in a really awkward position.
Just a bunch of innocent plays and terrible luck that led to an ugly injury.

Not sure moving Nosek up to the 3rd line is any sort of good idea. He's a complete black hole offensively and not great defensively despite the fact he plays on the penalty kill. Better off double shifting another Vegas player instead.

They should have waived that icing off. They're not going to call that pick that lead to the Vegas player losing the race in game seven OT, but at least waive off the icing.
