I don't care if they lose anymore. But this team has no intensity, no forechecking, no angryness, no push back. They just flipped the switch to off but playing too fancy. Why on earth would they let in those ugly goals? They keep shooting themselves in the foot.

That lack of scoring on the 5 on 3 was hilariously predictable.

Guy just nailed the small hole in the shooter tutor from centre for $5000 in groceries.

Sign him Flames!

Dave Cameron operated the 30th ranked PP his last year in Ottawa. What were the Flames thinking hiring him? And then be goes and recommends we pick up Lazar.

I don't know if I've ever witnessed a more feeble offensive team as these Flames.

If you cannot score 5 on 3 in multiple games you are in serious trouble. There is a big hole in the team which you need to address. With a cap team you cannot be this bad, and keep it going for a long time.

But this could be an entertaining loss, which is kind of comforting.

I agree. But one of these days they need to actually win a game they should win.

A loss here and the playoffs are indeed slipping away. The teams are piling up in front. This team is too good to be in this position and it annoys the heck out of me right now.

Yes, except this has been the story the past couple of weeks. Arguably, the Flames outplayed the Leafs, the Wild, the Sharks, and tonight the Preds, yet they are not getting rewarded on the scoreboard. That is why I am frustrated and not happy.

When Troy Brouwer is the only guy with a physical response we are in trouble. Bennett maybe

Agreed - Treliving has to take blame for this hiring too!

But it's so much easier to blame the coaches.

This team has no 1st round pick. This simply can't keep happening.

This. Gigantic alarm bells when they hired him. Just absolutely baffling decision. I just cannot deal with this organization’s completely inept decisions when it comes to coaching. It is absolutely maddening and it never seems to end.

I agree regarding the PP. But people blaming the coaches for the Flames being down 2-0 is ridiculous. Flames have had plenty of terrific scoring chances tonight, and they're just not converting. Lots of shots going wide as well, which is concerning. They'd better get out the shooter tutor for next practice.
