one of the best parts of winning was seeing how much the ducks wanted it too. #### those guys. felt like a playoff game and the joy was like playoff joy

great team effort. the 3M line is picking up right where they left off last season, and i thought hamonic and stajan had solid games.

Have to remind ourselves that we are only three games in and even Elliot had longer stretches of brilliance. I will say, I already have more confidence in Smith than I have in a goalie in a long time but he will go through a stretch of games where he lets in some stinkers. I really like his compete level and his puck handling skills are as advertised. I am excited to see the transition game continue to improve as the players adjust to this style.

Yeah. Last few seconds of this:

It just doesn't show the part where the linesman turns back afterwards and slaps him across the face and asks, "WTF is wrong with you?"

I'd love to know what Stajan said to him there.

The same Glen Gulutzan that can't inspire the team and 90% of posters wanted fired after the 1st game of the season?

Hardly 90%. It was a small but very vocal minority.

I guess all it took to break the curse was for CroFlames to become a dad.

You're welcome Flames and Flames fans. This was a long con planned out months in advance (about 9).

I thought Tkachuk looked noticeably faster this game then the previous two. I was a bit disappointed with his skating to start the year but was hoping it was because of his minor hip issue. Happy to see he made some improvements this last game.

Isn't that the truth. The minority always seems larger until you realize it's just high volume posting from a few members.

Bieksa wouldn't know sportsmanship if it hit him in his big caveman head.

Eliott started crappy, got a little hot mid-late season, then #### the bed hard. If Smith is the reverse and sags a little in the middle, but starts and ends his season strong, I'll gladly take it

The 1st game was a debacle. Credit to the coaching staff, who have made the right adjustments afterwards.

I think bringing in Jobu was a stroke of genius by GG. It kept it light for the players, and they executed.

Losing to Edmonton is unacceptable.
