Hopefully Seguin is back for game 7.

So Flames get a 1st round pick of Dallas makes the conference finals... what happens if they win? How does that affect the pick?

Then instead of picking 27th or 28th, they'll pick 30th.

Romanuk is such garbage.

Last faceoff with a few seconds left and St Louis wins it teeing up Tarasenko for a one-timer. Except Eaves makes a fantastic desperation dive/slide to reach out and intercept that pass, securing the win.

Romanuk doesn't even mention it, just says St Louis tried the play to Tarasenko again.

Watch the NBC feed if you have it next game. Much better experience

If Dallas wins game 7 I wonder if Calgary also gets a head coach out of it. (Assuming Hitchcock gets fired). Maybe a head coach and the capital (1st rounder) to get a goalie like Andersson.

Both scenarios sound like a pipe dream for the Flames. Both would set the team on the right track for years to come

Spoiler!

One win away from another 1st rounder. No doubt in my mind that we trade the pick for a goalie or a big RW

Is there any indication he would be? Doesn't look to be the case

If you saw it, why does it matter if he described it?

Because it was worth mentioning. Its just an example of the lack of detail and context he provides.

There was a fantastic block the shift prior that he didn't even mention either, despite it taking a potential tying goal away.

Because it's his job and he's on one of the biggest stages a PBP can be on.

I understand what both of you are saying, but why does that change your enjoyment of the game?

It seems everyone spends so much time critiquing the PBP of a game when there's plenty else to pay attention to
