Based on his impressive body off work in this scrimmage, suddenly Mark Jankowski is looking like a draft day steal.

The actual play definitely separates the guys. Kylington looked really good to me. Smooth, smart and controlled the play.

Could Jankowski sign his ELC right now if he wanted too? It sounds like he might be ready for the AHL.

I have been criticizing that pick since it was made. I couldn't be more excited to eat crow.

Crazy good shoot out goal. Faked slapshot, fake bobble, kicked to stick and between the legs. Carter Foguth I think.

You can definitely tell that he has a good amount of pro hockey under his belt!
Obviously the quality of competition isn't NHL calibre, but he certainly looks like he could make some waves as a rookie with the flames this year.

I would. They both dominated the offensive zone. Jankowski was really hard to knock off the puck, and made some nice passes in tight areas.
Poirier was really shifty, and made some defensemen look silly.

Mangiapane looked really good again, to me. A couple shifts controlling the play. Between his legs deke to go around the d wide.
