Yeah, I've always thought of Kulak as being a top prospect. He did well on his two early stints coming from junior but I guess he's stumbling a little. He is a bit younger than Culkin and probably the youngest on the team.

Sending Ramage to the Aces last season proved to be the right move for his development, could work for Kulak too.

I think alot of Ramage's success can be contributed to the Aces. Same with Elson, he's looking a little better.
The Aces were a great organization to be partnered with and had alot of success and a winning culture. Sending players there wasn't so much demoting them as giving them an opportunity to play more minutes with a team that was successful and positive.
So far this season, the Eagles have been doing pretty well. I believe they are 2nd in the Western Conference and 4th in the ECHL. It's nice to have the option again to send some players down to get more ice time on a team that's having success.

While looking up Kulak's stats in his first ECHL game (0g 0a 0pts +1 0 pim), I noticed that Adirondack defenceman Curtis Gedig has had a great start to the season in the ECHL (at least offensively).

Way late to the party, but I don't like the Kulak demotion. From what I saw he was just starting to get his bearing straight paired with Wotherspoon.
I'm not entirely sure what the reasoning behind this decision was, but it's tough to see Cundari out there struggling when Kulak could be struggling and at least learning.

Not a surprising move IMO and probably one or two of the other youngsters could follow. Can't play too many young guys at the same time and most well coached teams will have their key Vet's in the lineup.

Gedig has been playing well here in Colorado. Kulak didn't play much last night, but he probably has barely practiced with the team, so I expect to see more of him this weekend.
On another note, Nathan Moon has been called up to Adirondack from Colorado:

Thanks and welcome!
I'm guessing the Moon call up is due to the fact we only have 11 healthy forwards and doesn't look like the Flames will be sending down anyone soon. Glad to see we aren't repeating the "Play a D at Wing" experiment Abbotsford had last year.
What kind of player is Moon?

Thanks! As far as Moon, it's hard for me to tell you anything. We just traded for him last week and he's only played one home game. He did have a Gordie Howe hat trick last night, so that might give some insight to what type of player he is.

With Moon they will have 13 forwards. The signed Brodie Reid to a PTO yesterday

Collin Bowman has been pretty impressive too (2g 3a +12 14 pims). I saw he had a try out with Adirondack before being assigned to Eagles. Worth a two way contract (AHL/ECHL)?

They thought Sven was a bad locker room influence, they haven't met our Moon yet.

Possibly. He has spent some time in the A. Local kid from Littleton.
Also, Carr has been getting steadier in net the last few games. I really like this kid. I think if he takes over the #1 spot, he could be huge for the Eagles this year.

Everyone sucks and he's the first to call it like it is. Unless everyone thinks they suck, in which case he thinks they're underrated

Poor Huska. I mean he's gotta know that's just how it goes, but it's getting excessive. Gonna be hard to keep the good vibes going I think

This is exactly what Ward had to deal with.
