Do you do this often? Just arbitrarily make things up to support a view?
By that logic, let's subtract 33% from the 47% spend less group, since that's your number for people who have no opinion on the question, and remove them.  My logic for this (oh it's as sound as yours, I promise!) is that there will always be a demographic who will say STOP SPENDSHI NOWWW when asked a question, no matter what.  So we'll peg that at 33% too.
So guess what?? It's now 20% versus 14%!  Guess the spend mores win!
