They were in deep on the 6 on 5 and a Union forward got behind them. Not really a matter of hustle.

NCAA allows them to review more than the NHL. Earlier in the year, the Eagles had a goal called back upon review after a missed offside call.

NCAA doesn't have no-touch icing. They have the same hybrid icing rule that the NHL has, that's why it wasn't icing.
