Don't see it as a big deal. Reggie was pissed at losing right after the game and was upset that he didn't get too many throws at him after he was 2nd in the league in receptions during the season. He made that comment less then 10 minutes after the game was over. I am glad he was upset. Shows that he cares. Garcon had Cromartie beat almost all game and that is why Peyton went to him more.

For anyone wondering who that RB named Starks on GB came from here is a pretty good read.

I had been waiting all year for him to get his shot...but there was no doubt after that loss to the Lions I figured he simply didn't have what it took. Glad he rebounded.

I understand he's upset but doesn't he realize that if he wasn't suited up Revis would have been on Garcon and Garcon wouldn't have been open all game either.

Pretty weak by Wayne for sure.

Maybe if he wanted more balls his way...he should have gotten open?

In the Patriots vs Jets game I think that would have to favour the Jets since they are the better running team and bad weather could hurt the Patriots dominant pass game.
Honestly I think Brady is the best cold weather QB this game has ever seen and its simply because the type of offense he runs allows him to be successful in cold weather. Those short accurate passes have less impact in the cold than the deep ball. I actually cant remember the last game the Pats lost in a cold weather game with Brady. It also doesnt hurt having a running back who has never fumbled in his entire life (high school, college, and pros) they protect the ball so well

Read this little nugget in King's MMQB....

Quote:
This is not a convoluted stat, but then again, Baltimore-Pittsburgh is not a convoluted rivalry. When the Ravens and Steelers meet Saturday in the AFC divisional playoff round, it will be their eighth meeting in 28 months.

Think about that for a second: three games in 2008, two in 2009, three in 2010.
In inverse order, here are the scores. Amazing: last four each decided by a field goal.

2010
Steelers, 13-10
Ravens, 17-14
2009
Steelers, 23-20
Ravens, 20-17
2008
Steelers, 23-14
Steelers, 13-9
Steelers, 23-20
Baltimore by 3 and 3. Pittsburgh by 3, 3, 9, 4 and 3

Disappointing to hear that from Reggie but the guy has to be pretty frustrated after a playoff loss like that. He's been one of the best wide receivers in this league for years now and has been one of the most humble and professional at the position.

the Packers-Eagles playoff game Sunday afternoon drew a record 39.3 million viewers, the NFL said Tuesday. The league said it was the most-watched wild card game ever and the most-watched show of the current TV season.
Holy crap....those are HUGE numbers.

Kansas City Chiefs fans are celebrating the 41st anniversary of their victory parade for Super Bowl IV. (Hard for me to laugh at Leafs fans).

Favre in his prime was IMO the best cold weather QB of the past few decades. He won a lot of games on that frozen field. It may snow in Boston but it doesn't get as cold as Green Bay. Favre threw around a frozen rock around like it was September. Brady has done really well in the snow for sure but I recall Vinatieri making all the clutch kicks in the poor weather more than Brady winning games outright.

Seems record breaking TV numbers are the norm in the NFL the past couple years, its the most popular its ever been. Sounds like a perfectly good time for a lockout..

Nothing like growing the game by completely halting all your momentum dead in its tracks.

Brady looked pretty darn good in a snowstorm in Chicago a month ago. We'll see what happens this time.
