As far as the Flames, it's a complicated relationship I'm being forced to repair a little because my son was born here and I don't want to be "that Dad" that makes his kid hate the home town team because he's from somewhere else.

If he chooses the Jets of his own accord, then so be it. But give him equal opportunity to choose the local boys. They're pretty great (even if the brass/ownership is currently in disarray).

Edmonton is in the B tier. (With Vegas, Dallas, Toronto etc)
I thought they were C tier before, so congrats to them on upgrading in my opinion. Look, I can give credit.
