Why were they dumb? Sure folks watching the shows understands what is going on.... but seriously... don't assume the players have any clue about the alliance in the house.
I bet McCrae truly believed Andy is still in his alliance.
Remember listen to Elissa's interview when she left to see how confused people are.....

I completely agree with you, I couldn't imagine how hard it would be living in that house.
I was more speaking from my perspective lol, I realize they don't get to see everything that the outside world does.

I can't believe Andy outed the exterminator alliance in his exit speech to Amanda when she kicked out. Figures he may be throwing away one (or two with McCrae) jury vote if he gets to the final two.

I was going to apply this this but there are no open casting sessions in Calgary and I don't want to make a video (my media creation skills aren't such that I could make one that would properly convey what I'd need to convey to make the show) or travel to Edmonton. I have a friend who got a callback last year so I just hope they get a invite.
