Ted Lasso gets all the publicity, but Trying and Platonic are two very good shows that gets no mention. They both also have ended their story arcs on high notes.

Well …I can’t figure out how to post an image, but in episode 2 of Criminal Record (Apple TV) there’s a Flames jacket sighting.
It’s a British crime drama (decent, not great) and they visit a prison in London. While they’re in the waiting room, there’s a guy sitting off to the side wearing a yellow and black (weird) Flames jacket.
Definitely an unexpected sighting considering the setting.
Didn’t know where else to post this.
Also, if I ever figure out how to upload a pic I’ll do it here.

I'm not really an Avgeek but I am a WW2 enthusiast.
I think its good so far...I actually think they should be concentrating more on the planes, as the planes seem to really be the stars of the show.
I'm not even going to debate you about comparing it Band of Brothers. Thats just hopeless.
I like The Pacific. I LOVE Chernobyl. Band of Brothers is still the best.
Its going to take something amaze-balls to top Band of Brothers. I hope the day comes because whatever that might be will be amazing, but it hasnt happened yet.
The thing with this show is that they're not endearing us to the characters. They all look mostly the same and are either barely fleshed out or just unlikeable.
Chernobyl was by far the best miniseries of all time. Not only did you get an insight into something that the world was not allowed to see, but you actually found out how an RBMK reactor can melts down. The acting was phenomenal, and the nostalgic Soviet Vibe was unbelievable.

Could it be a Guildford Flames jacket? Their logo is a straight rip-off of the Calgary Flames logo.
Guildford play in the UK Elite Hockey League btw
