Hopefully not too serious and just being extra cautious, but how nice will it be to have our closer miss significant time after getting hurt in a ####ing gimmick game right before the stretch drive?

What a funny inning. Jays with all kinds of hits but no runs. That Vlad shot that kicked off the pitchers foot right into the 2nd baseman's glove was something.

After the Vlad home run and the base's loaded situation in the 2nd I though the Jays might be cruising to a victory. Alas the bats have hung 'em up again and it's another 2-1 game down the stretch.
