He's worth 230 billion of Tesla, Twitter and space X shares, while there is a chunk of inherent value in all of those companies they aint worth 230 billion, a vast amount of that is market expectation, the perception he's a genius and everything he touches turns to gold, if he wrecks twitter it will put a vast dent in Tesla's stock as well as wipe 40 billion from Twitter straight off the top

I would not be surprised if, by the time the decade is out, Elon is at least not in the Top 10 if not broke.

He hasnt made any of his money with any innate intuition or intelligence, but rather through smart plays and Government intervention.

Thats not usually a sustainable play.

Sure, he can afford to piss away Twitter, thats small beans. But he's not going to able to continue getting Government subsidies and contracts forever and if he continues to act like a clown, eventually that Gravy Train is going to hit the end of the line.

And if he continues to not pay his bills, he's going to find himself on the other side of the wall.

I think he is genuinely intelligent. The thing about intelligence is that people who are skilled in one area are not necessarily skilled in others. In fact, they are often below average in other areas. Musk is also stuck in an echo chamber. He's surrounded by people who turn his random whims into reality.

Another thing about intelligence is you also have to exercise and train it. Something Musk hasn't done in a while.
