I don't see any evidence of turbine failure. The cowl detached for some reason. That's probably what hit the fuselage.

Doesn't look like the engine failed at all, it probably sucked in some metal and possibly surged, but the fan is intact.

Yup, while driving southbound on Deerfoot just before Memorial. RAF A330 was right behind it.

If you have ever wondered what it is like in first class on Emerites...
I can't believe they have a shower, and a bathroom bigger than the one in my house.

I only made it about a minute into the video. Is that the most punchable face ever?

The guy has an odd face, but once you get past that his videos are insanely enjoyable. If you have a passing interesting in photography and videography they're worth a watch. They're daily blogs about his life but the way he bangs around equipment is hilarious and he's got a genuine positive outlook on life that in infectious.

The videos are good, I used to watch a lot of his stuff, but it often seams he is trying to hard. He also must have an obscene amount of money to live in New York and just trash expensive gear all the time.

The way he handles gear is hilarious but at this point I'd guess most of the cost to replace and repair is free. He's a billboard for some products and the free stuff he gets must be endless.
