It’s by division Oettinger isn’t in the Pacific division

Don't get me wrong I'd love for the Flames to win 5 in a row right now, but the Oilers were 1-3-1 prior to the 5 game winning streak.
They may have "arrived" a little premature.

You could go back each year and find a similar tweet

It's like clockwork every single year. Calling for heads to roll when they hit the skids only to pull a 180 and start planning the parade after a winning streak. Rinse and repeat. How exhausting that would be for a fan to go through this several times a season, every season.

In that case, there's really no one. But Oettinger has to argue against Saros or Hellebyuck.

and 3 of the teams were terrible of those 5 and Tampa played a game that started less than 24h before this one

Flames were blowing out vezina winner Shersterkin and the Rangers and shutting out the Bruins at the garden but you didn't see our media declaring their arrival as contenders
It's just a winning streak, mark. Next week they'll be back on the skids. You'd think with years worth of wisdom covering these ballerinas that you'd have learned a thing or two about the Oilers and "arriving" to let a few wins trick you into thinking it's time to make declarations to the world
Don't let beating the lightning go to your head (or do, I suppose it's funnier). Guarantee you they weren't exactly giving that game the playoff treatment
If the Flames do it tomorrow too, how much will it actually mean? Half of your streak was against the likes of the ducks and sharks

Team McPowerplay beat Tampa 5-3. Flames beat them 6-3.
Therefore the Flames are obviously the superior team, and Edmonton is no good.
